Tyneside training company set to double workforce after securing growth funding

A Tyneside-based provider of training services has revealed plans to effectively double its existing workforce after managing to secure the required funding from the Finance For Business North East Growth Fund.

Building Capacity Ltd. delivers Pearson Quality Assured training to clients across the UK, is targeting international clients for its bespoke FLEX programme. It will use the capital to employ additional staff to support its break into overseas markets, doubling its 13-strong team by the end of 2015, a news report on the matter could reveal.
