House builder to create 500 new jobs after securing necessary funding

A North East house builder has revealed plans to develop close to 1,200 homes and create 500 new jobs in the region after securing £12m of funding, a recent news report in the local media has been able to reveal.

Alnwick-headquartered Cussins received £5m from the Business Growth Fund (BGF) and secured a £7m debt facility from Lloyds Bank that will be used to purchase land on which to build the homes.
