Consultiv Utilities looks to expand

Consultiv Utilities, a utilities management company, has moved premises to a South Tyneside business park and is now looking to expand its workforce.

A 5-year lease was secured for the ground floor of Merchant House at Monkton Business Park South. The company relocated from Bizspace at Design Works in Gateshead.

The company currently has about 70 employees, and plans to recruit for the sales, administration, finance and IT departments.

Paul Smith, managing director of Consultiv Utilities, said: “Having taken the decision to relocate, it was apparent that Central Space shared our belief of working with clients to assess their needs and tailor a bespoke solution to suit us.

“Marc Dixon and the Central Space team more than accommodated our needs and we cannot thank them enough for completely overhauling the office space to create our new home. It is the same ethos we share when dealing with our customers.”
