A syndicate of property investors has made a £1.5m investment in the current Scotswood House building, in Asma Court, Newcastle Business Park. The premises will be rebranded and refurbished, enabling it to hold 160 staff and 100 parking spaces.

The investors were supported by Bradley Hall Chartered Surveyors and Gordon Brown Law Firm in acquiring the building.
