The Banks Property is behind the Pelton Lane scheme, which has received favourable feedback from residents local stakeholders alike, including Pelton Parish Council, Newfield & Pelton Lane Ends Residents Association, Chester-le-Street & District Business Association and Roseberry Nursery and Primary School.

Lewis Stokes, community relations manager at The Banks Group, said: "Our Pelton Lane scheme will be located on a site that has previously been identified as suitable for this sort of development, and is in an area where we are certain there will be strong demand for the homes that will now be built.

"Staying in or moving to the places in which people want to live should be an option for everyone, and increasing the supply of quality homes across North East England through developments such as this will contribute to making this a realistic goal."
