More than 300 new homes on three brownfield sites in North East Lincolnshire
More than 300 new homes are set to be built on three brownfield sites in North East Lincolnshire after developers secured £125,000 of grants for these projects, a recent media news report has been able to reveal.
Three winning bids were made by the council in competitions run by the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) and the Planning Advisory Service (PAS) to pilot the use of Local Development Orders (LDOs) to stimulate more housing on brownfield sites.
The three sites are the former Birdseye Site in Ladysmith Road, Grimsby; the former Western School site in Cambridge Road, Grimsby; and the former Clifton Bingo site in Grant Street, Cleethorpes.
Development projects of this type typically involve a large number of contractors and sub-contractors, and this is specifically the reason why any construction company that will take on the task of carrying out the works should either have in place or implement a solid and reliable time and attendance and access control solution. This is exactly where Time & Attendance North East can put its experience to very good use.
We supply an affordable, yet highly reliable, multi-user, networked, multi site Time and Attendance, Access Control, Fire Roll Call and security systems including European Working Time Directive checking and reporting.
